Aware of critical issues like childhood obesity, local drownings, and reading skill gaps, Rainbow Moves offers solutions beyond the exam room. We address childhood obesity through organized sports like Tennis, making staying active fun. To prevent drownings, we have collaborated with The Lift and YMCA to provide swim clinics focused on water safety and confidence.
Additionally, our literacy programs help improve reading skills and foster a love of reading.
By offering sports, arts camps, and educational initiatives, we tackle rural health disparities to help all children flourish.
In addition to programs, we also host multiple events annually to engage the whole community and make necessary connections that will further progress the overall culture of healthy awareness and togetherness. Our youth centered events empower everyone by connecting them to various organizations that offer resources we may not provide. Numerous initiatives are seeking to engage with our patient population, and we love to be a connector, bridging gaps, and enhancing community support.
Supported by donations, grants, partnerships, and volunteers, we aim to provide rural children with the same opportunities as their urban peers. We invite you to join us in making impactful moves for the future of our community’s children. Together, we can ensure that every child can grow up healthy, happy, and hopeful.
Rainbow Moves is the non-profit extension of Rainbow Pediatric, founded by Dr. Gina Dieudonné. Our mission is to address the health needs of children through community-focused programs.
