COVID-19 is a virus that continues to threaten the health and safety of our children and families. Our office has taken every precaution to keep you and your child safe during your visit. Instead of gathering in our waiting rooms, each family will use their car as the waiting room to eliminate time spent in large groups. Each room and all equipment is cleaned with medical grade cleaner between patients. All of our staff has been vaccinated against COVID-19 to keep you safe. We do not turn away patients for having symptoms and WILL see your child if they are sick or symptomatic, and we do offer COVID-19 PCR testing. Patients with symptoms will be evaluated and treated in their car instead of being seen in the building. We will provide a mask to everyone over 2 years of age which must be worn at all times during your visit. Thank you for understanding and working with us as we strive to keep our clinic open during this pandemic. Remember that the Pfizer vaccine is approved for adults, children 12 years of age and older, as well as for breastfeeding and pregnant women. We strongly encourage these vaccinations. We also encourage children to wear masks at school. Our goal is for your child to remain healthy and able to stay in school this year! If you have any questions about whether you or your child should get their COVID-19 vaccine or any other immunization, our physicians are happy to speak with you at an office visit.
